Alison has teamed with Williams-Sonoma, to provide classes in their fabulous Bondi Junction Cooking School. She is giving demonstrations and hands-on classes. There is something for everyone - whether beginner or an advanced cook. For more information on the classes please click below.
You will be coached by Alison, a Cordon Bleu trained chef, making it a ‘one-of-a-kind experience. She currently holds classes in the Williams-Sonoma French styled kitchen at Bondi Junction. She will coach you through the preparation and cooking of French inspired dishes. Master your own culinary skills with the confidence and knowledge to take home and use regularly in your own kitchen. The hands-on classes are structured so that you can go on some, or all, of Alison’s ‘cooking tour’ of the regions of France. Who needs to travel?
Be ready to meet like-minded foodies in a social environment, bring friends and family and enjoy creating these French classics.
