Alison graduated from the esteemed Cordon Bleu School with a 'Grande Diplome' (Cuisine and Patisserie) after training in London and Paris. By achieving Dux of the school, she was selected to train at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Le Gavroche, working under Michel Roux Jnr and Monica Galetti. After that, she worked at L'Etranger restaurant in London and then inspired by dining at a variety of French Michelin restaurants, she ran her own canapé catering company in Sydney, OneBite. 

Alison’s passion for all things food led her to train and become a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Be assured she has your health and the cooking of healthy dishes in mind. 


Alison: “I just love love love teaching people to cook!  I have trained and learnt the skill sets needed to pass on every tip and technique to ensure attendees to my classes learn and take these home.  If I can nourish, inspire and share my knowledge then happy days!  Hopefully along the way  I have imparted a lot of passion for food and a lot of fun"
