This is a unique opportunity to master famous and very delicious French dishes, all skill levels are welcome.  Classes are a social occasion where you sit down with like minded foodies and eat your tasty creations with an optional matching wine.

It's afternoon tea time in Paris, a glass of wine or a cup of tea with your Macaron? Alison will guide you through ‘Macaroning’, the process of blending the Macaron ingredients together, piping and baking these beautiful creations. Learn different delicious fillings and give your Macaron’s colours that pop!

 

Note: these are hands-on classes.


Alison will show you her time-saving tips and techniques, mastered over many years, that will ensure the cook in you will be inspired and nourished.

Our cooking tour goes to Marseille, home of the famous fish soup. It is served with toasted croutons and rouille (a very garlicky mayonnaise). To follow a delicious, crispy thin apple tart. Winter is all about tasty and heart-warming food!

You will learn how to make a delicious Bouillabaisse from scratch, which will serve you well for your next dinner party, it will be your go to dish. A thin crispy pastry base for caramelised apples creates the Tarte Fine, perhaps some ice-cream to accompany! 

Note: these are hands-on classes.

YOUR CLASS

A mouth-watering aperitif on arrival, to get those taste buds going. Then you will be donning the apron and rolling up your sleeves, whilst Alison guides you through the cooking of your dishes. To finish, we will sit down and enjoy the delicious feast that everyone has cooked. 

You can be assured of having fun, eating some delicious food, washed down with an optional glass or two of wine with like-minded foodies.
